Marijuana is not yet decriminalized in Wyoming, with penalties of up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine if caught with less than three ounces. Just being under the influence is considered a misdemeanor with up to 6 months in jail and a $750 fine. Anything over three ounces is considered a felony with up to 5 years in jail and a $10,00 fine.
