Moon rocks, also known as cannabis caviar or THC rocks, are a highly potent cannabis product consisting of a nice marijuana bud coated with cannabis resin or oil and then dusted or rolled in a layer of kief. This triple combo gets you super high and makes users feel like they’re walking on the moon, hence the moniker moon rocks. They are known for exceptionally high THC content, which can vary depending on the THC content of the bud, although it’s easy to take a 20% THC bud, roll it in resin and coat it with kief and get an end product, a moon rock, with as much as 50% THC content.
