Pulegone is a monoterpene that can be found in many plants, such as catnip, peppermint, and rosemary, and in small amounts in some cannabis strains. Pulegone is the main constituent in blue mint bush essential oils and is known for its minty, sweet aroma. Pulegone can also be found in some perfumes and aromatherapy products.

Pulegone was found to have anti-anxiety effects on test mice in a study published in 2014 and is thought to help with memory and provide fever-reducing properties.
