High-terpene full-spectrum extracts (HTFSE) are cannabis concentrates in one of the purest forms that are currently available. HTFSE are a full-spectrum extract characterized by a relatively high concentration of terpenes that are extracted with the objective of preserving the most complex range of compounds from the cannabis plant. Full-spectrum describes the complete range of compounds produced from the cannabis plant’s trichomes without the undesirable molecules of fats, lipids, and waxes.
HTFSEs are sometimes called “Sauceâ€, and describe a high concentration of THCA and terpenes. HTFSEs are typically composed of approximately 50% THCA and up to 40% terpenes, depending on the original plant material.
