Guaiol, also known as Champacol, is a lesser-known cannabis terpene found in trace amounts compared to other dominant terpenes, such as caryophyllene and myrcene. Guaiol produces distinctive aromas of fruit, roses, and woody and pine scents, although offers more benefits in addition to smell.

Guaiol is shown to deliver anti-inflammatory properties as well as antioxidant, anti-anxiety, antiparasitic, and even tumor-fighting properties. Guaiol can be found in certain cannabis strains and some pine trees and tropical guaiacum plants. While many other terpenes are oil-based, Guaiol has a liquid structure.
