Yield is the holy grail of measuring success in cannabis cultivation, most often measured per square foot by professional growers, although you can measure yield per farm, per acre, or per plant. Many novice growers take an informal approach to measuring yield although it is something you should track and strive to improve for “maximum yield”. Many growing tips and plant training techniques can considerably improve yield. Under perfect, outdoor conditions, a good yield would be about 17.5 oz per plant.
