- 1 ounce of cannabis oil or extracts, all of which must be purchased legally through a licensed seller.
- 16 ounces of your favorite cannabis edibles.
- 72 ounces of liquid cannabis products.
- 50 marijuana seeds and 4 immature plants are allowed if you’re part of the OMPP.
- Being in a private property allows you to possess up to 8 ounces of smokeable/dried cannabis.
Limits Regarding Purchasing For People of Legal Age (and with a valid ID)
- 1 ounce of smokeable/dried cannabis (24 ounces if you’re registered with the OMPP
- 5 grams of concentrates
- 16 ounces of those delicious edibles
- 72 ounces of liquid cannabis products
- 10 marijuana seeds
- 4 immature plants
Different health conditions qualify you to register as a medical marijuana patient and you must check with your doctor to find out if any of these apply to you. It’s also important to know that no amount of marijuana in your system is permitted if you’re driving, and being caught under the influence could result in you receiving a DUI charge (see NORML article on Oregon Drugged Driving).
